Nativ offers a generous Free plan so you can fully explore the service before subscribing. Because of this, all purchases of paid plans are final and non-refundable. All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record.
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment information. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate the service before upgrading. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan.
All purchases of Plus subscriptions (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service through the Free plan and agree to the non-refundable nature of the subscription.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us directly so we can resolve it promptly.
